Sierra Street
This historic Mediterranean home is reminiscent of the work of architect Irving Gill. Located on Santa Barbara’s Riviera, the home had been unoccupied for many years. A garage and entry court were added at the front of the lot, creating a private outdoor space off of the lowest level of the home. A dining room and master bedroom addition were added at the back, opening onto a graveled courtyard. A roof deck on the upper level provides views of the town and coast. The home was completely remodeled while keeping it’s classic modernist exterior. Eclectic furnishings from travels overseas and the owner’s art collection are highlighted in the interior.
