A New Residence Redefining Modern Living
The owners of this home wanted a contemporary space within walking distance to the vibrant SB downtown corridor. Their city pied-a’-terre was built on a narrow lot a few blocks from the historic Lobero Theatre. A garage was built at the front of the lot, sheltering the courtyard garden from the street. The two story residence opens onto the garden with french doors and a covered loggia. Architect of Record with residence design by James Gauer, Architect.
