Pool and Landscape
This Montecito home is intended as an extended family getaway. The owners requested a swimming pool and expansive lawn areas for entertaining. The existing landscape was overgrown and in need of updating. The new garden is more structured near the house, gradually blending into a naturalistic oak woodland. Sinuous decomposed granite pathways connect the house to the pool, guesthouse and other garden areas. A formal shade garden was added to view from the living room. A driveway gate and motor court landscaping completed the renovation.
